To manage the content on your digital signage screens anytime and from anywhere, use the iDiD content management through a web browser with any device that is connected to the internet.
For the full experience, we recommend using the iDiD Management Site with Google Chrome. You can also use other, most common browsers to manage your content. If you encounter any issues, try the action again with the recommended browser.
Sign in to the management site on idid2.fi/manager.
Sign in using the email address the user account was created for, e.g. firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you forget your password, you can request a link that enables you to set a new one:
- Press the link Forgot your password? under the login fields.
- Press Send instructions.
- You will receive an email with a link you can use to set a new password. The password must be at least 10 characters long.
- Type in a new password and press Change password.
- You are redirected to the login page and you can sign in normally using the new password.
Your login is stored on the server which means your session will not expire even if you accidentally close your browser tab or window. For security reasons, remember to sign out of the management when you finish working with it. Sign out by pressing on the sign out icon on the top right corner.
